Great location to the motorway , good restaurant nearby , excellent ground floor room for us to bring the dog , green spaces to walk the dog, the hotel is on an business park but don’t let that put you off as it has everything you need for overnight stay with pets after a long journey , nearby restaurant excellent and you get 10% discount with your card , we stayed here both on our outbound and inbound legs of our journey and would highly recommend, hotel is basic but very clean and just what we were looking for , and we were made to feel very welcome and reception was extremely helpful on giving us the same room twice , communicating with the hotel is easy and they respond very quickly, all in all would stay again and it’s great value for money,

What an excellent budget hotel. I arrived to a cool room. The temperature had been set to 18C. I soon warmed up by adjusting it. The air conditioning works well. The WiFi works well if a tad slow. Maybe someone else was streaming at the same time. The bed is comfortable and a good size. Large bathroom with shower in the bath. Space to move around unlike some of the modular bathroom fittings at other budget hotels. Good breakfast in the morning. I cannot find fault in the hotel. (My "complaints" are outside of the hotel control).

We live about ten kilometres away from this hotel but have never really seen it , despite its closeness to the A10 motorway and the town. Our one night stay enabled us to enjoy a birthday celebration dinner at a nearby restaurant. A clean and pleasant hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and well-designed rooms and reception area. Large free car park almost empty - few guests possibly since the motorway was not operating owing to a local "manifestation".

Lovely comfortable room with balcony. Good secure parking right outside. Next to main A 10 bit very Little noise. No evening restaurant but plenty of places to eat on urbanisation. Cafés Burgers and Wok. We found a Fantastic Patteserie and bought a Lovely banquete sándwich and cakes. Room spotlessly clean, beds extremely comfy and with good TV and coffee and tea making Facilities Good Breakfast. Would easily recommend !
